All of the rates are based on a minimum thirty day stay. One months’ rental charge is required at the
time of booking to reserve the suite. The monthly rental charge is due at the beginning of each month.
Monthly rates are GST and PST tax exempt.
All suites feature beautifully appointed kitchens equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, in suite laundry. The Waterside Inn will provide pots, pans, and cooking utensils as required.
Guests can take advantage of room service through our award winning restaurant – Breakwater. Breakwater has received the highest rating of any restaurant in Mississauga from Toronto Life and has also been awarded a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
Monthly rates include twice weekly housekeeping service, complimentary local telephone calls, in-suite
voice mail, complimentary high speed internet service, complimentary outdoor parking. All suites are also equipped with colour television and cable, data-port as well as a telephone line, ironing board, iron,
hair-dryer and coffee maker.
We regret that pets are not allowed in our suites.
